I am a fully certified Reiki Practitioner having gained my accreditation in 2002 whilst living in Dublin, Ireland and qualified as a Reiki Master Practitioner in June 2013 in the UK. I am also a Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner.
As a busy wife and mother, I am constantly aware how the daily routine of bringing up children and/or work life, outside influences can all take its toll both mentally and physically. You have no idea how much difference a few small tweaks can make — what doctors refer to as "lifestyle medicine".... healthy food, good sleep, exercise, just 'being' and and perhaps an occasional Reiki session :-)
